Great location with easy access to restaurants and an aquapark. the apartment was well, equipped with a handy kitchen that had everything we needed. the cleanliness was top, notch, and we enjoyed waking up to a beautiful view of a river. A real plus was that the beds were quite comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

The housekeeping service wasn't up to scratch, and we found ourselves having to call in for new towels and toilet paper. Another minor issue was that there was some noise from the lobby, but we had triple, glazed windows that kept out sound from the neighbourhood.

Apartments have comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchens, and private parking. Certain apartments provide scenic views of the surrounding areas. the staff is friendly and responsive, ensuring guests have a great stay.

The check-in process could be improved, especially arriving late.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in the Liptov region and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect - just a short walk to Bešeňová Hot Springs, which was a great bonus. The apartment itself was new, modern, and surprisingly spacious, much larger than it appeared in the pictures. I especially appreciated the option to switch on the bathroom radiator to dry clothes, even in the summer. The bed was incredibly comfortable with top-notch mattresses. And the view of the garden and river was simply delightful, providing a peaceful atmosphere during my stay. The lady at the reception was also very friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect, with no downsides whatsoever.

Plus, it's within walking distance to a hot spring, so it's perfect for a relaxing holiday. The check-in process was a bit complicated, as we arrived late and the receptionist wasn't there. It would have been nice to have clearer instructions on how to do a self check-in or have someone available 24/7 on the phone.
